This belated post is about silence. Not the silence we think we know but silence as it is revealed to us. There is no silence in the city. It is hardly perceivable in the country as well. We may think it’s silence when we hear no noise from cars, planes, A/C, TV, or PCs for a moment or two. It’s not.
